Everything You Need to Know
What's included in the production package?
LED walls, intelligent lighting system, DJ stage and sound system, fog machines, CO2 jets, cold spark sessions, and mobile lighting rigs — all operated by our professional team. No separate AV vendors needed.
Can I bring my own DJ, caterer, or vendors?
Yes. HDC is an open-vendor venue — you're free to bring your own DJ, caterer, florist, photographer, and any other vendors. We charge zero vendor fees. We also have a preferred vendor network if you'd like recommendations.
How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking 6–12 months in advance, especially for peak dates (summer and holiday season). Contact us as early as possible to secure your preferred date.
Is there a payment plan available?
Yes. We offer flexible payment plans. Typically a 25–30% deposit secures the date, with milestone payments leading up to the event. Details are discussed during your consultation.
Can we do a site visit before booking?
Absolutely. We encourage private venue tours Monday through Saturday. Tours last 45–60 minutes — you'll experience the full campus, all production capabilities, and meet our event team in person.
What are the parking arrangements?
Hollywood Design Complex features private on-site parking for 250 vehicles — completely free for your guests. Optional valet service is available as an add-on.
